Planning

We will develop your house plans or commercial projects to the standard required by your local authorities, then co-ordinate your project with these local authorities:

Planning usually requires a consent via the Resource Consent team at the council.
And consultation with the council planning team.

This will entail providing plans and specifications as well as Construction Management Plans. In conjunction with the Report Assessment of Environmental Effects.

These need to be to a project specific standard and be lodged to the council with all the relevant reports and Memoranda.

When doing the work for a BC there may be sections that require some input from some planning issues that are compromised in the process
Some projects are just RC applications and will just require the planning regulation to be complied with at application
Some projects will be requiring both the RC and the BC process to be concurrent.
The process of obtaining a COA (cert of acceptance) for work done with out BC may also require both RC and BC
We also help in the final sign off process in getting application lodged for the final CCC to work done.

We can usually advise at the beginning of a project if there are any planning issues.
