Having worked extensively with Franklin District Council since 1990 (now Auckland Council) - and other Council's - Glenbrook Design also offers solid understanding of the regulations your project is required to meet.

We can work either closely or remotely at the build stage with support form advice to running the projects or just client support between the various parties.

One of the main parts of the build is to ensure that all the contractors are working from the same set of information and also providing the relevant memoranda and producer statements for the project to be eligible for the application of a CCC at the end of the project.
